"Karatau" Limited Liability Partnership was founded on July 19, 2005. The company's interest in the authorized capital is divided between "NAC "Kazatomprom" JSC - 50% and "Uranium One Netherlands B.V."- 50%. Location of the Partnership: Suzak District, Taukent village.

Main activities of "Karatau" LLP :

- Geological exploration work on site No. 2 of the "Budenovskoye" field;

- production and processing of uranium-containing ores;

- Sales of products produced by the company.

The purpose of the partnership is to develop mutually beneficial trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation in the field of exploration, production, processing and sale of uranium products.
