Appointment of Board Committee Members

JSC National Atomic Company “Kazatomprom” (“Kazatomprom”) held a Board of Directors (“the Board”) meeting on 18 September 2019.

During the meeting, a decision was made to expand the composition of the Board Committees by electing the following members from Board of Directors:

Committee for Production Safety

  • Neil Charles Longfellow - Independent Director, Chairman of the Committee; and
  • Jon Stephen James Dudas - Independent Director, member of the Committee;

Following the board decision, this Committee now includes:

  • Russell Francis Banham - Independent Director, member of the Committee; and
  • Kudaybergen Kanat Zhakypuly, member of the Committee.

Nomination and Remuneration Committee:

  • Jon Stephen James Dudas - Independent Director, Chairman of the Committee;
  • Neil Charles Longfellow - Independent Director, member of the Committee; and
  • Russell Francis Banham - Independent Director, member of the Committee;

Following the board decision, this Committee now includes:

  • Karymsakov Beibit Erkinbaevich, member of the Committee.

Strategic Planning and Investment Committee:

  • Jon Stephen James Dudas - Independent Director, Chairman of the Committee;
  • Russell Francis Banham - Independent Director, member of the Committee;
  • Neil Charles Longfellow - Independent Director, member of the Committee;

Following the board decision, this Committee now includes:

  • Satkaliev Almasadam Maidanovich, member of the Committee.
